1) Cleans: for each weight you choose you will lift in a 2 minute window
Min 0-1: 1 Clean every :12 (5 reps)
Min 1-2: 1 Clean every :15 (4 reps)
Min 2-3: rest and up the weight
Repeat 4 more times
2) Back Squat 20 Reps
3) For Time:
Unbroken:
40 Dubs
20 KBS (70/44)
40 Dubs
20 Wallballs (30/20)
Any time you break on dubs add 10 reps. Ex: Opening set you do 1 and trip up, now you have to go to 50. You trip up again at 13 now you have to go to 60 etc.
Breaking on KBS or WB adds 5 reps
