Every 5 minutes weight jumps 20/10 lbs.
You should hit slightly above 80% at the 25 minute mark. That is the goal and pick a starting weight that will get you there

-buckle up and go
3) 5 Rounds:
10 Weighted Step-ups (5/5)
10 Weighted GHR
10- 15 Barbell Rollouts
