1) 2 Hang Snatch drop + 2 Snatch x 5

2) Cycle Through the following with a partner for 15 minutes:
8 DB Bent over row per arm Heavy
10 Partner GHR or just GHR
12 MB foot toss each - For this place a MB between your feet and with a slight jump kick both feet up to try and pass the MB to your partner

3) 3 Rounds:
3 Rope Climbs
9 Single KB SOH (55/35) R arm
15 KTE
9 Single KB SOH (55/35) L arm
75 Double Unders (150 Singles)
