-work to a mod/heavy 5 and stay there

4-5 sets depending on your time
2a) DB Bench Press x 8 (70/50)
2b) Farmers Step-ups x :45 max reps

3) 6 Rounds for total reps:
1 minute at each station

Sit-ups
Burpee Box Jumps (24/20)

1 min rest between rounds
