50 HSPU
50 TTB
50 Cal Bike
50 DB Step overs
50 Ft R arm OH Lunge
50 ft L arm OH Lunge

I would say use 50s/35s you can try and go for the 70s/50s if you dare but those step over and lunges are going to be terrible
