1) Quickly work to a max snatch for the day
2) Take 80% of above and hit 5 x 3 (not TnG)
-After each set do 2 reps of a heavy close grip bench
3) 10 Rounds for time:

4) 4 rounds NFT:
15 Underhand bent over row
5 second negative, 5 second pause, 5 second ascent Double KB front squat x 3 reps
