-start at 75%

2) Goblet Side Step-ups 4 x 12 (6/6)
Goblet Banded Lateral Steps 4 x 12 (holding a KB in goblet position keep your core tight as you laterally step)
Weighted Plank 4 x :30 

3) For time:
4 Rounds
400m Run
50 Air Squats
