1) Back Squat 1 x 10, 1 x 8, 1 x 6, 1 x 4, 1 x 2
-rest exactly 2 minutes between sets

2) 5 Rounds for time of each:
New Round every 8 minutes
400m Run
15 Burpee Box Jump Overs (24/20)
500/400m Row

3) 40-50 Strict C2R pull-ups
