1) Quickly work up to a moderately heavy snatch - a weight you believe you could most likely hit for 2-3 singles in fatigued
2) For reps:
5 rounds - 4 minutes per round
30/25 Cal Row
20 Burpees
Max rep snatches remaining time
rest 2 minutes between rounds. Decrease snatch weight each round

10 Sand bag to shoulder
45 TTB
