1) DB Push Press 3 x ME (try and use the 70s or 80s/ 40-50s for ladies)

2) For Time:
100 Push-ups
- every time you break complete the same number of calories on the rower
So you are going to do 100 push-ups and row 100 cals for time

at 10 minute mark
800m run for time
At 16 minute mark
1 mile run
