Thursday 9/1

Tomorrow the class is going to be doing AB and running.  I will have something different posted here. But if you want to do the class workout today and tomorrow feel free

If not-
1) Do the hill sprints from yesterday if you missed them.

2) 45 minutes moderate AB ride
At 0:00 do 25 band pull aparts
at 5:00 hold a hollow position on the GHD
at 10:00 8 each leg empty barbell single leg RDL 
at 15:00 start over at the band pull parts
at 20:00 hollow position GHD
etc.
