if you complete the 3 rounds in 3 minutes you move on to the next 3 minute segment

2 Power Cleans (205/135)

this continues for as long as possible adding 1 rep to the cleans

2) 15 min AMRAP
15/12 Cal Row
5 Deadlifts (315/205)
1 Rope climb

1 minute rest between rounds

DO THIS:
3) 10 x 400m
running a new 400 every 3 minutes
