No 11am today if you can come in and lift/ first wod during EWOD then hit the 10am class
1) Back Squat to a heavy double then back off 20-30lbs and hit 10 reps for time
2) 3 Rounds
21 Cal AB
15 Thrusters (115/75)
9 Muscle-ups
3) For Total reps:
3 rounds
2 min GHDSU
2 Min Rope climbs
1 min AB Cal (or rower if you want)
1 min hang DB Squat cleans (40/20)
1 min rest between rounds
