10 Min AMRAP
Using a light or empty barbell complete the following complex as many times as possible without putting the bar down (thats the goal)
10 reps of everything:
Upright row
Strict Press
Lunges (back or front) 5/5
Bicep Curls
Bent over row

rest as needed between rounds (increase weight if possible)

3) 14 min AMRAP
500/400m Row
40 Alt DB Snatch (50/35)
30 Push-ups
20 Pull-ups
10 DB Thrusters (70/40s)
