1 Jerk (155/105)

3) With a partner:
3 Rounds- Each
30 Alt DB Snatch (50/35)
15 Burpee Box Jump Overs (24/20)

-Partners will alternate full rounds
While P1 is doing a round P2 Must row 400/300m
