1) Every :30 for 8 minutes Snatch or C+J working towards a heavy single
2) 2 rounds at 80 % effort

10 Bar facing burpees

At 80% effort
15 Burpee Box jump overs
10 Power Snatch (115/75)
200m run (if weather permitting) if not do 30 cals on the bike
Everyone else, take a rest day
