13 DB Snatch  (50/35) (1 extra with non dominant hand)
13 Box Jump Overs (24/20)

22-30 for time:
1300m Run

30-39 For time:
3 Rounds
13 C2B
13 Power Cleans (95/65)
13 Front Squats (95/65)
13 SOH (95/65)

2) 5 Rounds:
15 Cal Bike + 5 Sandbag over the shoulder
