1) Cycle through for 15 minutes:
10 Double OH Walking Lunge
10 Alt KB Bent Over Row
:30 Wall facing HS hold
:15 per arm single arm hang- try to stay as active as possible in your shoulder

2) For time with a partner:
90 Burpees
30 Rope Climbs
90 Burpees
