2- 5 Double KB Push Press + :20 double KB OH Hold- Belly+Butt tight shoulder blades pulled down arms locked
3- :25 Hollow Hold into :25 Superman hold 

2) 8 min AMRAP
21-15-9
HSPU (Seated Z-Press)
C2B (Pull-ups or Jumping Pull-ups)
-Finish the 9s start over at 21 

3) 6 min AB-RAP
20 Flutter Kicks
20 Hello Dollies
20 Abmat sit-ups
20 Mountain climbers
