Start at 85% set 1, 75% set 2, 65% set 3, 55% set 4, 45% set 5

2) 8 sets of each alternating back and forth
3-5 bench press
3-5 heavy weighted ring rows

80 Dubs
70 Push-ups
60 Dubs
50 Pull-ups
40 Dubs
30 Push-ups
20 Dubs
10 Pull-ups
