-if needed you can turn it into an alternating emom

20 Alt DB Snatch (70/40)
-rest 2 minutes repeat 2 times

3) NFT:
50 Underhand grip bent over row (95/65) chase the pump
50 GHR

4) 150 Cals on the bike
Only working :20 resting :40
