1) Work-up to a heavy 2 rep snatch within 10 minutes
1st rep 2 second pause below the knee, complete and drop
2nd rep 2 second pause above the knee

2) Back Squat 4-5 x 4 80%

3) For Time:
80 Wallballs (20/14)
800m Run
60 Push-ups
600m Run
40 Box Jumps (24/20)
400m Run
20 OHS (135/95)
200m Run

4) Push Press 4 x 5 climbing
