1) If you feel fresh enough try and max out either Snatch or Clean and Jerk (whichever you are doing Saturday)

2) Max Back Squat

3) At a walking pace 10 min AMRAP
10 Strict HSPU
10 Feet on Box Ring Rows

4) For Time:
4 rounds
25 Anchored Sit-ups
25 Air Squats
400m run

rest 1 minute between rounds
