1) Back Squat 4 x 5 80%

2) Every 3 minutes for 15 minutes
1 Clean + Hang Clean + Front Squat + Push Jerk + Split Jerk
+ 10 strict pull-ups

-find your heaviest complex in the 5 sets

3) For Time:
800m Run
45 Thrusters (95/65)
45 Pull-ups
800m Run

partition the thrusters and pull-ups however you like

4) For Time:
10 Rounds
10 Cal AB
5 Strict HSPU
-rest 1 min between rounds
