1) 3 Position power snatch- hang, low hang, floor

2) 15 min EMOM
1: 8-12 weighted ring rows
2: 15 Hollow Rocks
3: 15 Banded GM

3) For Time:
10 Rounds
9 DB Snatch (70/50) use lighter if you are
3 Bar MU
