1) Work to a heavy 4 rep Hang Snatch within 10 minutes of starting

2) Snatch Balance + OHS keep it moderate/light heavy

3) For Time:
800m run
25 Pull-ups
50 Air Squats
400m Run
25 Pull-ups
50 Air Squats
800m run

4) 5 x 30 cal row
rest :20
- for this try and find a pace that you can do for all 5 sets i.e. the pace you would try to maintain if we see a repeat of 15.5
