Today is either rest/mobilize or come in and Only work technique nothing crazy on load

EMOM for 20 minutes
1 Squatted OLY lift + 2 Power Other OLY lift

i.e. 1 Snatch + 2 power clean and jerks

you pick which one you need to work on getting under the bar faster
