Power Clean + Hang Clean + Split Jerk + Hang Clean + Split Jerk

2) 15 min weight ladder
6 Front Squats from the floor - Start 95/65 add 20/10 #after each completed set
4 muscle-ups (scale number of muscle-ups to unbroken or 2 sets max)

3) For Time:
30-20-10
SOH (155/105)
Deadlift (225/155)
Cal Row (10-20-30)
