1) If you feel good jump in with the class on the Turkish get-ups if not keep rolling or lax balling any sore points possibly lingering from 15.2

2) 20 min AMRAP
20 SOH (75/55)
30 Air Squats 
20 DB Snatch (50/30)

3a) GHR 3 x 10
3b) Crossover symmetry x 3
