Friday 3/27

1) Power Clean 1 rep (75%) every :30 seconds for 12 minutes, trying to increase load as long as you can

2) Back Squat 5 x 5 (205/135) be explosive every rep

3) Tabata Hollow rocks 

4) Ride the bike/row/jog for an easy 10 minutes then mobilize your hips and shoulders
