go 1-10 on the push-ups but add weight to both movements

3) 15 Min AMRAP

10 Burpee Broad Jumps (4')

4) For Time:
3 sets of 12 unbroken DL
-pick a weight that will challenge you for all 36 reps.
goal here is to go AFAP but do all 3 sets unbroken
