-Go heavy on both movements

Power Snatch (135/95)

3) 5 rounds for reps and meters:
2 minute round:
:30 max reps Hang Power Clean (you pick the weight ballpark 185/125)
with remaining time in the 2 minutes max meters on the rower

rest 2 minutes between rounds

4) 5 Rounds NFT
20 Hollow Rocks
10 Weighted GHR
