Every 2 minutes for 20 minutes

5 Power Cleans (185/125)
7 burpees

Score each round
-Sub butterfly C2B for muscle-ups if needed

3) 14 Minute Ladder
200m Run
3 Box Overs
3 OHS (115/75)
200m Run
6 Box Overs
6 OHS

increase by 3s on the box overs and OHS
