EMOM for 5 minutes
5 Thrusters (135/95)
EMOM for 5 minutes
5 Thrusters (155/105)
EMOM for 5 minutes
5 Thrusters (175/125)
and so on until you cannot complete the required number of thrusters in the minute
4a) Banded hip ext 4 x 10
4b) crossover symmetry cycle x 4
