Monday 8/7

1) Clean and Jerk- work to a heavy/max within 10 minutes

2) Take 80% from #1: 4 rounds of 3 reps every 2 minutes
Take 85% from #1: 4 rounds of 2 reps every 1:30
Take 90% from #1: 4 rounds of 1 rep every  1:00

3) 3 Sets
2 Strict Press + 5 Push Press
- use last weeks weight or 5lbs heavier

4) 12 min AMRAP
5 Pistols
3 HSPU
1 Clean (205/135)

-5 Pistols on 1 leg per round, switch legs each round
