Friday 2/24

So I am thinking for this year we will keep the workouts cardio but not a heavy tax on your body on Saturday.  But prior to that we will lift, most likely max something.  So its not crazy volume but still is something heavy

1) Max Clean in 5-7 live lifts

2) Front Squat 3 x 3 heavy sets

3) For Time: at about 80%
200m Run
15 Cal AB
400m Run
20 Cal AB
600m run
25 Cal AB
800m Run
30 Cal AB

4) NFT: Walking pace break up as needed
50-75 Hollow Rocks
25-30 Strict C2B
