Finish warm-up with

25% of Strict PU rest 90 seconds

2) 4 rounds
25% of Strict HSPU
rest 90 seconds

3) "Rankel"
20 min AMRAP
6 Deadlifts (225/155)
7 GI Janes
10 KBS (70/55)
200m run

rest as needed but dont full recover before starting

4) EMOM for 15 minutes
1 Power Snatch + 1 Hang Snatch
-try to work up to a max complex in the 15 minutes
