2nd set try and increase load
3rd set increase- this should take your soul
2a) DB step ups 4 x 8 each leg- do all reps with one leg before moving on

3) 14 min AMRAP

20 Dubs
increase thruster weight (30/20) after every completed round
4) Partner up
8 minutes for as many cals as possible on AD
switch every 20 cals
