1) Back Squat 10 x 4
- this should be uncomfortable and take a while

2) "Barbara"
5 Rounds 
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats 

Rest 3 minutes between each round 
Score each round individually but for white board purposes put total time up there including rest
