1 min ME KBS (70/55)
1 min rest
1 min ME Burpees over plate (45)
1 min rest
1 min ME Thrusters (45/30)
1 min rest
1 min ME over unders (24/20)

3a) GHR 3 x 8, 1 x ME (again add weight if 8 is easy)
3b) 4 x 20 GHDSU
