2) Back Squat 3 x 3 @ or around 85%
3) 3 Rounds
90 seconds of work. rest as needed (not longer than 90 seconds)
5 Sandbag
In remaining time max distance HS walk
4) For Time:
50 Cal Row
100 Sit-ups
50 Alt DB Snatch (50/35)
100 Walking lunge
