3) weighted Pull-ups 5 x 8

4) Climb as high as possible in 18 minutes

25 Burpees over the bar
25 SOH (95/65)

25 SOH (115/75)

Continue in this fashion adding weight along the way (135/95) (155/105) (175/115) (195/125)....
