for the last 3 sets it is 2 singles
build over every set

increase weight as you go

2) Back Squat 5 x 2
1st rep 2 second pause try to have all sets be at or around the weight over the last two weeks

3) 10 min AMRAP
10 High target wall balls (20/14)
30 Dubs
-Every minute beginning at 0:00 3 deadlifts (250/165)

4) Ab-rap
