4 Bar Facing burpees
increase weight on the clean and jerk every round
3) With a partner complete the following
100 Devils Press (50/35)
200 TTB
200 Cal Bike
1 person is always doing Devils Press
The other person can rotate back and forth between the TTB and Bike
